Where we ship
We currently ship Fertigen and related Cosma products to all serviceable PIN codes across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order processing time
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on Sundays / public holidays are processed on the next working
day.

During regulatory release of a new manufacturing batch, processing may take an additional 1–2
working days; this will be flagged at checkout if applicable.
Delivery timelines

Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune,
Ahmedabad):
2 – 4 working days
- Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities: 4 – 6 working days
- Other serviceable locations: 5 – 8 working days
- Remote / special-zone PIN codes: Up to 10 working days
Timelines are indicative. Actual delivery may be affected by courier load, weather, regional
disruptions, festive seasons and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders, pan-India.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) handling fee, where applicable, is shown at checkout.
Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS / WhatsApp.
- You can also track your order from your Cosma account dashboard.

If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of order confirmation, please write to
support@cosma.health.
Discreet packaging — what to expect
- Outer courier carton: plain, unbranded, no medical references on the label.

Inner packaging: tamper-evident seal, fully branded Cosma carton, individually pouched applicators
inside.

Invoice: delivered digitally, not inserted in the box, unless you specifically request a printed
copy.
- Delivery person communications: package is described in neutral terms.
Storage on arrival
Fertigen should be stored below 30 °C, away from direct sunlight, in its original packaging. Indian
summer temperatures in some regions can exceed this; we ship in insulated mailers during peak summer
months and recommend you bring the package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
Failed delivery & re-attempts
- Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times.
- After three failed attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, you can request re-shipment (additional shipping fee may apply) or a refund of the
product value (re-shipment / handling fees, where applicable, are non-refundable).
Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if any item is missing:
- Do not discard the outer packaging.
- Take clear photographs of the courier label, the outer carton, and the contents.

Email support@cosma.health within 48 hours of delivery, attaching the photographs and your order
number.
We will investigate and arrange replacement, refund or alternative resolution within 7 working days.
Address changes & cancellations

Address changes can be requested before the order is dispatched, by writing to support@cosma.health.
- Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

Cancellation requests received before dispatch are honoured with a full refund; once dispatched,
please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Subscriptions
If you are on a Cosma subscription plan, your next pack ships automatically based on your selected
cycle. You can pause, skip a cycle, change your address or cancel from your dashboard at any time before
the next dispatch date.
